We started looking for a machine about a month ago. I called several places and asked what incentives were being offered. No one would give us an answer but when I spoke with Sierra here she was more than happy to give us all of the details right then. We were holding out for the General XP 4 and put money down with Morgan Valley. After a couple weeks we were informed it could be a couple months for this machine to come in due to the Covid issues and popularity of the General. Sierra was super honest and refunded our down payment. So even though we didn't get a machine through Morgan Valley I will ALWAYS refer anyone here. They are honest, respectful, and never give off the "Car salesman" feeling. They want you to be happy.

I would rate my experience at MVP 5 out of 5 stars. Sierra was excellent to work with. She knows the product and after listening to my questions and how I'm going to use the product she was very helpful in suggesting the best base machine and the added accessories and options that would get me what I wanted and needed. MVP was very accommodating and worked with their other locations to get me the machine and save me some travel time. I really appreciate their efforts to go the extra mile. All the employees were professional and helpful. I am very impressed how I am listened to and my questions are answered quickly and thoroughly before and after the sale. This is my first purchase from MVP and I feel like they are going to take care of me not only now but into the future. I look forward to working with Sierra and MVP again. There is nothing I would change about the customer service or sales. Friendly knowledgeable and low pressure sales. able to try out equipment and try different machines. Attentive took their time with you. From start to finish I would not change anything. We came from Centerville because we liked their service. We think it was Sierra that helped us--sorry if we named the wrong person. She has long dark with a red tinge. hair. You were wonderful and very informative.

Great friendly customer service. It's worth the drive to Morgan. Clint in the service department does a great job and I will continue to go back. I highly recommend doing business with these people.

Was able to find the model i wanted. Was able to purchase new model. Instead of used they went out of there way to get the best rates. No pressure just good people that know the buisness.

We have been purchasing Snowmobiles here since 2010. The customer service is always excellent. I love the small town feel and community these guys stive for!

They were extremely helpful. I shopped around and ended up driving six hours to their location to purchase my new Polaris because the experience was so different from everyone else. Would definitely purchase from them again.

Update: Purchased our second brand new sled from them in 2023. Same amazing experience as back in 2018. Small town customer service, nothing is better. Awesome place to do business with! Purchased a new snowmobile for my husband as a surprise, they were very helpful and accommodating.

We have been dealing with Young Powersports Morgan for the past 8 years and the service has been great and the whole team treats us as if we were part of the family. Recently purchase a 2023 North star crew.... Sydnee Nelson was our sales rep and helped us right from the start of looking at the machine right up to the time we loaded it on the trailer and left Morgan. She was professional and yet very personal, along with everyone there. We live in Sandy, Utah and have been having our rangers serviced in Morgan and will continue to do so, for that very reason. They are great people.
